I couldn't Disagree with you more, HD&B. not only did I enjoy the movie VERY much, as did everyone else to a packed midnight showing, the box office results come monday will show that many others will agree with me that this is the best movie of the summer. short review: contains spoilers! Tobey Maguire shined as as Peter Parker once again in this sequel to Marvel's 2002 summer blockbuster Spider-Man, And so did the rest of the cast. In my opinion, these films are cast extremely well, and the writer's really know how to develop each character to their fullest potential. Case-in-point; Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane Watson has gone from the girl next door and Peter's Crush, to a successful Model/Actress. She is loves Peter very much and is confused about why he distances himself from her. James Franco as Harry Osborne has gone from a best friend of Peter Parker to having mixed feeling about him since he holds Spider Man responsible for his father's death, and Parker claims to be friends with 'ol webhead. Rosemary Harris Does a superb job yet again as Pete's Aunt May. Harris and Maguire great emotion in their scenes together. Pete's Aunt is the only family he has left and it shows how much they care about one another. the only scenes that are even better than the ones mentioned above are the ones with Maguire and Dunst. when they are onscreen together, you just KNOW that they were meant to be together. they have that same exact chemestry they had in the comic. Alfred Molina plays a menacing villan as Doctor Otto Octavius/Doc Ock. I'd have to say the trenchcoat was a great choice for him in this film (what were you expecting, yellow spandex? ) J.K. Simmons is even better as J. Jonah Jameson and provides some great comic relief, and its too bad we didn't get more of him in this film. We also get some great cameos by Ted Raimi, Bruce Campbell, Stan Lee, and Willlem Dafoe. GREAT performance by Dafoe!!! Okay, I'm going to stop before I tell you everything about the film because I know that not everyone has seen it yet! My Rating for Spider-Man: 5 out of 5

Dude, If you don't like my thread, you didn't have to post in it. all I asked was that people post which parks they thought had the better looking female fans, I wasn't trying to be a smart guy or anything. it was an honest question.
and I can't be totally sure, but i think you called me a retard, which is not cool AT ALL!

whenever I watch baseball on television and the game starts to drag, I try to see which ballparks have the best looking and worst looking female attendants.
I know this might seem lame, but I've noticed that so far, US Cellular has the ones that aren't worth looking at, while parks like Jacob's Field, and Turner Field are some of the better ones. Yankee stadium seems somewhere in the middle.
your thoughts?

I probably have like at least 1000 cards, mostly baseball. I also collect some football and basketball. even have a few hockey. I have too many to really post about, but i mostly collect rookies, and not all of my cards are older. My fav is a quad bat card featuring bat pieces from Robbie Alomar, Jim Thome, Frank Thomas and Jermaine Dye. I have a Troy Glaus big league challenge game used jersey card sealed in a hard case from the factory, untouched. also a Barry Bonds Game used pants from the same set, also factory sealed.
topps traded Bonds.
donruss Randy Johnson rookie. Rocky Colavito game used bat. (I'm pretty sure its SP.)
topps chrome Dontrelle Willis rookie.
thats all i can think of right now, its like 20 minutes until 5 am, so forgive me if my head isn't working right.
I'lll add more to my list later.

Ok, I'm Chris, I live in Akron,OH and I'm 26 years old and between jobs right now. Fav. teams are obviously The Indians, the Cavs, and the Browns. I like just about any kind of music except Rap. I play guitar and also love horror movies, especially any of the slasher films from the 70's and 80's. I even belong to the friday the 13th message board at www.fridaythe13thforum.com . also, even though i do not play baseball, I can throw in the mid 60's cold. just a little fact about me! I collect sports cards; mostly, but not limited to, baseball. and come on guys, this is not the proper thread to be arguing about why bush sucks or why liberals suck, etc. (I'll be voting Kerry come election day!). Well, I hope to be posting on here alot and look forward to making friends, and maybe having a few heated debates with some of you .

The Akron Aeros and the Bisons for two reasons:
1. the AA and AAA teams, respectively of the Cleveland Indians!
2. we have some of the best prospects around. it s a fact that our farm system is one of the best.

Well, the Tribe go into a 4 game series with the ChiSox only 1 game out of 2nd place!
I think the Indians have a realistic shot at winning this series. the ChiSox have lost 9 of their last 11, and if you go on their message board, all of their fans seem to be throwing in the towel already.
Lets hope C.C can show who he's the ace of the staff tonight and that our guys don't let Buehrle intimidate them like he did last time we faced him.
I'll post the results after the game tonight.

Okay, I figured instead of making a new thread every time I have something to say about my wonderful tribe, and thus, using up alot of space on the 'board, I'd just make this one and post any trades, injuries, or anything else important involving them.
any other thread I made about them can be moved here or deleted.
Well, Tribe snap a 4 game slide tonight with win in toronto bringing them back to .500.
Travis Hafner showed once again that he should have been in the all-star game hitting 2 HR's , one in the 1st with one on and 1 out and again in the 6th with 1 on and no one out, bringing his HR total for the season to 21. he batted in 6 RBI's to tie a career best. he has 86 on the year.
Tim Laker hit a three run shot in the top of the 9th, for his 3rd HR of the year.
tonight was a really fun game to watch after seeing them drop 4 straight, and seeing Cliff Lee throw his glove in the stands 11 rows back.
Westbrook wasn't the best he's been, but it was good enough for a win.
Jakepitched 6 innings, giving up 5 earned runs on 11 hits and a HR. he also struck out 3 and walked 2.
Victor Martinez seemed to pull a right hamstring rounding 3rd base tonight, which is why Laker was in the game.
FINAL SCORE: TRIBE 14 BLUE JAYS 5
Well, the tribe plays one more against the jays tomorrow at 12:35 pm. which will not be televised. Chad Durbin will be on the mound for the tribe.
hopefully after I do this a couple of times, it will be a little neater looking. ;D
until next time, GO TRIBE!

Where's the "other" option? because I'd say its the Tribe. they have the best hitting in the majors right now! Belliard and Hafner are in the top 3 in the AL in doubles! I seriously don't see how you can ignore the indians just because you aren't a fan. so come on, show us some love!
