That's what I thought, 1 final question. If they get drafted outta HS by lets say the Astros and then next year by the Cubs but really wanted to play college ball for a year, could they sign with the Astros even tho they drafted em the year before?

Can they sign and stay at college another year or go to college for a few years?

when a player is drafted 2 or more times in the MLB draft. Many player get drafted high in HS and go to college and players stay for more years in college. How do they figure out which team they play for? Is it the last team to draft them? If so its kind of a rip off because some players get drafted in round 1 and then play another year.

Finally they are starting to play good. They have great players in the Minors and some are starting to come up. In a few years the D-Rays will be a playoff team.

I knew he wouldn't get 100. He will blow another save before his streak gets up to 25.

He will. He's good, but i'd still take Rivera over him.

It's to hard to do the best so i'm ganna go by position.
SP- Jeff Neimann- #4 pick to TB, Rice Jason Windsor- 3rd Rounder to Oak, Cal St. Full CL- Huston Streets- #40 pick to Oak, Texas C- Kurt Suzuki- 2nd Rounder to Oak, Cal St. Full (this draft has many great catchers with San Pedro and Powell close behind) IF- SS, Stephen Drew- #15 pick to ARI, FSU 2B, Blake DeWitt- #28 pick to LA, Sikestown OF- Daniel Putnam- #36 pick to Oak, Stanford Eduardo Martinez-Esteve- 2nd Round to SF, FSU
I don't know a a bunch about college baseball but most of the top teams and top players from smaller schools/ high schools. I do watch most of the games I can see tho and this is what I came up with in a quick amount of time. I didn't memorize the draft either, just a quick cbssportsline draft tracker to see where the players were picked so it was easier.

As much as I hate it, it is Prior. If he wasn't injured his numbers would be as good as Clemens and Clemens wont keep this up all year. He will go like 2-3 games better then 50% in the 2nd half of the season.

If he doesn't get hurt he will slow down a lot in the 2nd half of the year.

I liked Lyle when he was over in ARI. Yeah he is very uinderated. The reson the D-Backs did that IMO was because they had aging pitchers and hitters so they wanted to go for a run.
