Mays or Bonds. Ruth couldn't come close to their power/speed combination and remember: RUTH NEVER PLAYED AGAINST THE BEST COMPETETION.

Zambrano just pitched a 2 hitter last night in 7 innings of work against the Braves he's a talented pitcher. let's just see how he does over the long haul. especially when the wind is blowing out in wrigly come the summer months.

Right now, it's the Red Sox. The A's, Astros and Cubs all have weak bullpens while the Sox have a very good bullpen. Also, they have 2 of the best pitchers in baseball in Schilling and Pedro. Lowe, BK Kim and Wakefield are all solid no.3 starters. Maddux is way past his prime and Zambrano and Clement are very shaky, so the REd Sox take the nod.

Boston will win because of their starting depth. but, the yankees will make the playoffs as the WC.
