Of course I have to go with the Yankees, but the O's, Sox and Jays are no joke.

Yankees, I dont really care who wins the division no way the cursed Red Sox make it further in the playoffs then the best franchise in the history of sports. I seriously think the Yankees will only lose like 5 games at home this season. That crowd is so hostile and the team is so good I dont see them losing much at home. You wont see the D-Rays gettin beat up all season either. They wont get near playoffs, but you watch they will beat some good teams. Last year they beat the Yankees most of the time they played them.

I really don't know who will win the east, seems like a totally open division but the Yanks not losing 5 games at home? They have already lost 2 in their first 4 games. A rotation of Mussina (who's era is currently over 8.00) Brown , Vasquez and then garbage hardly looks like a team that could win 100 games, maybe 85?

Yankees, with out a doubt. Though the reason why I say them is probably because I am a slave of the Evil Empire.

Not if they can't beat the BoSox We'll see. Don't forget, it is early in the season, and the BoSox looked to win it last year, then the Yankees made a run and ended up on top. The Red Sox seem to always dominate the series early in the season, but when the playoffs come around, they seem to choke or something while the Yankees seem to step it up to the level that is expected of a championship team.

Until July I don't wanna hear how the Yankees wont make the playoffs, ect. If worse comes to worse they can just buy the team ahead of them and make sure they lose out.

I say Boston will win it. The Yankees starting pitching is suspect now, but they can recover. I just think Boston will get hot in July and August and will take the East by 3 games.

Boston will win because of their starting depth. but, the yankees will make the playoffs as the WC.
